• Where's the way out?.....are we there yet ?

• 30 something girl, struggling with Extreme Anxiety, the symptoms include:a Phobia of answering the phone, a phobia of opening mail,Paranoia, a permanent fear of hearing bad news. Although these do affect my everyday life, I try to keep my chin up, more or less sucessfully , but I struggle on, even managing on some occasions to make fun of my own condition. Cynism and sarcasm see me through,from dark despair, to bitter -sweet moods as I stumble through life, trying to find my way to a better place.

Too good to be true?

Hi everybody! came back home today from  a week at sea, the weather is glorious, I 'm in a very positive frame of mind, and a new friendship might be trying to happen!

This is too good to be true  where the catch? how long will this last, I don't want to build my hopes up too much, during the past few yearseach time I thought I was getting better, It was only an illusion.........

Someone please tell me it is going to last!!!
