Hey, I've suffered with severe depression and anxiety for about 8 years now and in recent years began to self harm. For a long time I didn't realise how I was thinking and behaving wasn't normal. the past few months I have been going to therapy and seeing the doctor but I still think about suicide/self harm a lot. I'm trying everything I can to try and escape the depression which is why I started this blog.
