I had a dream last night which is similar to one I had about a month ago. I was testing a patient at work and loads of people came in insisting they had a meeting in that room. I told them that they must have the wrong room because it is a testing room. They would not go so I said loudly and clearly "please can everyone leave the room because I have a patient to test" They all stayed as if I hadn't said anything. So I asked them to leave again but this time I could only say it quietly, even though I was trying to speak loudly. I tried several more times to no avail and then woke up. I wonder what it means, especially to have a similar dream before. My sub-concious must be trying to tell me something, any ideas?
