It is day 4 and I realize that I have slipped into depression once again.  I never know when it will come or how long it will stay.  I am considered successful to the outside world.  I am an educator, a mother of four, a wife to an amazing man.  We live comfortably and have friends.  I have been told many times that my marriage in envied, the person I am is envied, the way we live our lives is envied, the way we've raised our children is envied...they have no idea that I am tormented by depression and have been since I was a little girl.
